Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you're not satisfied with your purchase you can return the package to us for an exchange or refund in the only case of the manufacturing defect.

Return requests can take up to 24-48 hours to process. We thank you for your patience. In addition, we will send you a waybill for shipment coverage. 

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the order date, plus applicable shipment time. In the unlikely event that a return is requested, all returns must include all original items undamaged, unworn, in a re-saleable condition, and all original packaging including original tags, in “like new” condition.


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and we recommend that you use a service with tracking and/or insurance, as this will provide you with recourse in the event that your package is lost in transit.

Exchanges: Subject to item availability, item(s) purchased at jvisionoptical.com may be exchanged via mail. Simply return your item(s) and place a new order.

If you received the wrong product from us, or it arrives defective or damaged in transit, please contact customer service at j.visionoptical.daylight@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will make sure that the situation is resolved for you.
